Ambrosia Catering - "Purveyors of fine cuisine"

Beatrice McShane established Ambrosia Catering in 1997 after having worked as a Chef de Patie at the Mount Nelson for two years, where she acquired vast experience in the preparation and presentation of local and exotic cuisine, complimenting her tertiary training in the catering industry.

Ambrosia takes it's name from the mythical food of the Greek gods which we feel well represents the heavenly array of tastes that we wish to assail your palate with.
