• Peter Barlow - 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
• John X Merriman - 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot, 13% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec blend
• Stellenbosch Syrah - 100% Syrah

White

• Stellenbosch Chardonnay - 100% Chardonnay
• Stellenbosch Roussanne - 100% Roussanne
• Five Soldiers - 100% Chardonnay

Accolades

In 2009 the "Platter's South African Wine Guide" has given the Rustenberg Stellenbosch Syrah 2007 a grading as a five-star wine.
This follows a blind tasting by the assembled Platter's tasting team of potential five-star wines for the 2010 edition.

Tasting room

The tasting centre is designed for visitor comfort. From the fine Riedel tasting glasses to the taps in spittoons that are activated by body temperature.

The modern interior is set within the former farm stables.

Simon Barlow's brief to the architect was simple: "Design something special."
Judge for yourselves whether he succeeded.
