Gaia Food Market

Gaia Food Market is a speciality food market dedicated to fresh plant-based cuisine.

From merchants trading with a variety of locally produced organic fruits and vegetables, to artisans making an assortment of plant-based foods.

From freshly baked breads, gourmet dishes, raw tree nuts, wide variety of teas, salads, wraps, juices, and all things easy on the body and good on the palate.

Fresh flowers kitchen and home decor stalls also provide some inspiration.

Bring a basket and came do some grocery shopping like in the good old days.

Where: Alphen Hall, Constantia Main Road, Constantia

Directions:
From Cape Town - Passing Bishopscourt, take the M3
towards Muizenberg. Take the M41 off-ramp (Constantia Main Rd / Hout Bay).
Head towards Constantia. Pass the Constantia sports grounds on your left. 100m before the second set of traffic lights, turn right into the Alphen Centre.
